If you live in a hot climate with high humidity or if you are exercising a lot – then you need to increase your fluids so you don’t get dehydrated. This summer has been especially brutally hot in the US and many people are getting sick from dehydration.

If you are feeling tired during the day, have a glass of water. It will snap your brain right back to alertness and is a good tip to try before you go into a late afternoon meeting at the office.
